How should I prepare for the shoot?

Tidy and arrange all spaces (interiors & exteriors) to a level that you feel it’s ‘ready to shoot’.

Have a shot list and share it with everyone before the shoot. This helps everyone keep focused and productive.

If you have mood-boards or styling concepts for the shoot, share these as well.

When do I receive the finished images?

I aim to have your final edited images delivered 2-3 weeks after the shoot. If there is an urgent requirement to have the images sooner than this, I offer an ‘Express Editing’ service with a turnaround time of 48hrs after the shoot.

Do you need to visit the location prior to the shoot?

No, but it’s great to see some iPhone photos of the spaces prior to the shoot.

What file types and sizes are the final edited images?

Final edited images are all delivered as Jpegs.

How do you deliver the final images?

All files are delivered electronically

Do you provide half day shoots?

Yes. I offer a half-day shoot of just 4 hrs.

Do I also need to employ a stylist?

There is no necessity to book a stylist but it’s certainly worth considering. A great stylist can bring expertise to a shoot which can elevate the final shots significantly. Having said that, for a large percentage of shoots it’s just me and the client working together to style the shots.

Can other suppliers who worked on the project also use the images?

Yes, but they would need to purchase an additional usage license from me to do so.

Can we have a Zoom / FaceTime call before the shoot?

It’s a great idea to have a call before the shoot. This way we can brainstorm some ideas, look through mood-boards and generally align our objectives for the shoot ahead.

Can you provide images for my Instagram feed?

Yes. The low resolution files I export as part of the final delivery are specifically sized for immediate use on Instagram.

Do you offer shoots outside of the UK?

Yes. Additional costs for travel, accommodation, VISAs etc will apply.
