What types of projects do you photograph?
I specialise in architectural and interior photography, working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and design-led brands. My work focuses on the built environment, from residential interiors to large-scale commercial and public buildings.
What is included in your day rate?
My day rate covers time spent photographing on site, 'light' post-production of all final images and the licensing of all final edited images for website and organic social media use.
Extended post-production, travel expenses, and additional licensing are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.
How do I book you for a shoot?
Start by completing the form on my contact page and I’ll get back to you to arrange a call. We’ll talk through your project, the brief for the shoot, usage and licensing, and pricing, and ideally confirm a date for the shoot.
What do you need from me before the shoot?
Ahead of the shoot, I will ask for a clear brief outlining priorities, creative style, intended usage, and any logistical considerations. A schedule or shot list is helpful, particularly for larger projects.
Can you work with stylists or art directors?
Absolutely. I am happy to collaborate with interior stylists, art directors, and project teams to ensure the shoot aligns with your creative vision and brand objectives.
Do I also need to employ a stylist?
There is no necessity to book a stylist but it’s certainly worth considering. A great stylist can bring their expertise to a shoot which can elevate the final shots significantly. Having said that, for a large percentage of shoots it’s just me and the client working together to style the shots.
Can we have a Zoom / FaceTime call before the shoot?
Absolutely. A pre-shoot call is encouraged and allows us to discuss ideas, review mood boards, and ensure we are fully aligned on the creative and practical objectives ahead of the shoot.
Do you need to visit the location prior to the shoot?
A site visit is not usually required, however it is very helpful to review a few iPhone reference images of the space in advance. This allows me to plan the shoot more effectively and ensure the best use of time on the day.
How long does it take to receive the final images?
Typical turnaround is 10-15 working days from the shoot date. Faster delivery can be arranged if required, please mention this when enquiring.
What file types and sizes are the final edited images?
Final edited images are all delivered as Jpegs. Both high & low resolution versions.
Can you provide images for my Instagram feed?
Yes. The low resolution files I export as part of the final delivery are specifically sized and formatted for immediate use on Instagram.
How do you deliver the final images?
All files are delivered electronically.
Can I request a bespoke quote?
Of course. Every project is different. Please get in touch with details of your project and intended usage, and I will provide a tailored quote.
Do you provide half day shoots?
Yes. I offer a half-day shoot of just 4 hrs. This is suitable for projects that are genuinely smaller in scope e.g a single room
Image licensing - what's included and what's extra?
My day rate includes licensing for all final edited images for use on websites and organic social media channels. Any additional usage such as print, out-of-home advertising, point-of-sale materials, direct mail, television, or other commercial applications is licensed separately.
Once your intended end usage is confirmed, please get in touch and we can discuss the appropriate licensing options and associated costs.
Can other suppliers/trades who worked on the project also use the images?
Yes. Other suppliers may use the images, however this requires a separate licensing agreement. Additional usage licences can be arranged directly with me, based on the intended use.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. I hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Do you offer shoots outside of the UK?
Yes. Additional costs for travel, accommodation, VISAs etc will apply.
